The compact in the absence of sanctioning power aims for the parties to act in unison on human rights, the environment and anti-corruption.<\/p>\n

On November 12, 2007, Ekol signed the United Nations Global Compact to become one of the thousands of companies around the globe driven by a sense of responsibility to the society.<\/p>\n

\nPrinciple 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.[\/vc_column_text][mk_fancy_title tag_name=”h3″ size=”19″ margin_bottom=”0″ font_family=”none” responsive_align=”left”]Labor[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text disable_pattern=”false”]Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
\nPrinciple 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor;
\nPrinciple 5: the effective abolition of child labor; and
