Ekol has never ceased investing in R&D and innovation, and places Logistics 4.0 at the heart of its approach.<\/p>\n

Industry 4.0 is a vision that involves manufacturing technologies, and the transformation it is due to bring will result in significant changes to production centers and processes. The production transformation will focus on facilitating instant interaction in all steps along the supply chain, allowing the communication-driven management of suppliers, warehouses, market shelves, vehicles on the road, and processes at smart facilities. Intelligent devices will constantly feed information on stock levels, supply chain disruptions, damaged goods, and order and supply level changes. These enhancements include cost-effective smart warehouses with flexible design and software systems, enabling real-time tracking and intervention. Their infrastructures will be adapted for new technologies, facilitating effective supply chain management. Structures able to eliminate security vulnerabilities will also be offered, with the potential to monitor and control environmental factors while enabling data-based decisions to be taken within each service network.<\/p>\n
