His career began in 1988 at Ko\u00e7 Holding, as Human Resources Specialist; thereafter \u00dcnal became the Personnel Director at Migros, and the Director of Human Resources. Following his departure from Ko\u00e7 Group, he served as the Director of Human Resources at Inchcape Retrans A.\u015e., Burmah Castrol, Telsim Mobile Telecommunications and CarrefourSA, and the Director of Human Resources and Quality Systems at Soyak Holding.<\/p>\n<p>Having managed the process through which Soyak Yap\u0131 received the National Quality Award, \u00dcnal currently serves as the Board of Directors Member of and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of \u0130zmir Branch of KalDer Quality Association of Turkey, and is a delegate in the &#8220;<b>Equality Pays Off<\/b>&#8221; workgroup of the European Commission.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row padding=&#8221;0&#8243;][vc_column][vc_column_text disable_pattern=&#8221;false&#8221;]In 2009, Osman \u00dcnal became a &#8220;<b>certified coach<\/b>&#8221; after attending the relevant training, and in the period 2006-2009, served as the Board of Directors member of the Athletics Federation. \u00dcnal is the recipient of &#8220;Kariyer.net Respect for Human Awards&#8221; for 3 consecutive years, and was awarded with the Honor Award on the occasion of 10th year of Kariyer.net.
