We need to stand against this discrimination,\u00a0 get rid of our biases and ensure equal employment for women to maximize economic and social benefit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekol<\/strong> sets a precedent in a developing country like Turkey with its projects that promote gender equality in male-dominated industries, such as logistics.
